What is your return policy? how many days do I have to return a product?

If you would like to return an item, you must notify BRAGOLIN within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will then have 14 days from the notification date to return your item.

A return order must be in good condition to be accepted for a refund:

  • All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. The item must be in its undamaged, original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  • Returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honored if the label has not been removed.
  • Made to Order or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased at an other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to BRAGOLIN.com. These items can be returned using the same channel of the original purchase.
How can I return my order?

If you would like to return an item, you must notify BRAGOLIN within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will then have 14 days from the notification date to return your item. You can do this through the return center.

Please follow the return instructions below:

  1. Start the return process by using the return center
  2. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with a link to download your return label. Please use contact us in case you didn’t receive the return label.
  3. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
  4. Print then and attach the prepaid shipping label to the package and take it for shipment to your local post office.
  5. Please note, BRAGOLIN is not liable for items returned through an alternative carrier service, we recommend using the prepaid label
  6. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Return costs from outside Europe won’t be refunded.

Items returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
